  • STAGGERED SCREW HOLES: The T-strap gate hinge is designed with staggered screw hole positions, so that the shed hinge will not damage the wood structure when installed on the wooden door, maintain the service life of the wooden door, and make it more durable.
  • COUNTERSUNK HOLE DESIGN: Professionally designed, the screw heads are countersunk into the Tee hinge interior by drilling holes to make the surface flat, avoiding the raised screw heads from affecting the surface aesthetics of the item and the safety of use. At the same time, the screw countersinking can also improve the load bearing capacity and shear strength of the screw.
  • NOISE REDUCING SHAFT: Tight pin for left or right hand applications. 6" and 8" gate hinges are designed with bearings. Two shims have been added to the spindle to eliminate metal-to-metal contact for smooth, quiet operation. Allowable rotation angle: 0-270°.
