HHIP 9999-0004 8 X 6 X 5" Slotted Angle Plate & 01-02-2003 Precision Block Set

8 X 6 X 5 open end slotted angle plate has convenient clamping slots for mounting. The plate is widely used for machining, layout and inspection. It is made of high tensile cast iron properly seasoned against distortion and accurately machined to .002 per 6". The plate is square and parallel on all faces and Slot A is 90° to slot C. 1-2-3 precision matched pair block set is heat treated and case hardened to HRC 55 to 60. They are also hardened and precision ground on all 6 sides of each block. The 1-2-3 blocks accuracy with squareness on all sides within .0002" per inch. There are 23 holes consisting of 5 tapped holes that are 3/8"-16 for clamping and 18 untapped holes. These blocks have a cross drilling design gives minimum weight and maximum strength.
