This is a hard to find, one of a kind vintage bay dress with black mesh and blue lining that peaks through, it has lovely strings placed between the bust area, that can be pulled together to flatter and accentuate the girls. This dress is flirty and feminine. It has a really nice stretch to it. It does say size 12 on the tag although I think it would be best suited to a size 8-10 or small 10-12. There is some beads missing on one of the ruche strings, and some lights marks on the mesh that appear washable but that I have not attempted to wash. Please bare this all in mind before purchasing.
