The CRL TOYO 140 Degree Supercutter TAP Straight and Pattern Cutting Heads allow you to upgrade any TOYO Supercutter to TAP Technology. The TAP wheels have eight small notches, or cams, machined into the axle bore. As these cams rotate on the axle they cause the wheel to vibrate, or tap the score. This will drive the score up 20 percent deeper into the glass surface resulting in smooth cuts with less flaring. The TAP wheels also require less pressure on the cutter which means less fatigue with regular use. Choose the Cat. No. TC17HV Straight Head or Cat. No. TC600HV Pattern Head. Both replacement heads are sold each. NOTE: These heads do not fit the TC21 Series comfort grip cutters.Important NotesSafety glasses should be worn during any glass cutting operation, and other safety gear may be required.
